BCAP consultation: The regulation of unfair practices in TV and radio advertisements

This Consultation sets out proposals to bring the Broadcast Committee of Advertising Practice (BCAP) TV and Radio Advertising Standards Codes into line with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.

Please note that the Consultation document replaces the original document published on 24 June 2008, which contained inaccurate cross-references. BCAP's proposed Code revisions and the content of the consultation remain unaffected.
